Welcome to Tunnock Uddingston's Home
On behalf of our major sponsor Boyd Tunnock - of the legendary Tunnock of Uddingston, and the players and officials of Uddingston CC, we welcome you to our new site on play-cricket.com.
Uddingston have two Saturday teams with the 1st X1 playing in the Lloyds TSB Premier Divison, and the 2nd X1 playing in the Brunton Miller Western Union Second Division. Senior practice takes place at Bothwell Castle Policies on Tuesday`s & Thursday`s from 6.30 - 8.30 pm.
The new clubhouse was officially opened on 29th February 2008 and the bar is open 6 nights a week , with food available Friday, Saturday & Sunday's.
At present the opening hours are:
Tue, Wed & Thurs 7pm - 11pm
Fri 5pm - 11pm
Sat 11am - 11pm
Sun 12.30pm - 11pm.
It is planned to open 7 nights a week from early May
The club is affiliated to the ECB and takes part in the Cockpsur Cup - the premier club knock-out tournament in the world.
In addition, the club has 2 junior teams, Under 13`s and Under 15`s.Games are played on Monday`s & Friday`s. Practice & Coaching is every Wednesday from 6 - 8 pm
We also play in a number of Cup competitions on Sundays as well as a number of Sunday friendlies.
